How Front Runner Physio can help swimmers

Specialist physiotherapy supports swimmers of all levels to optimise technique, recover efficiently, and enhance performance through evidence-based assessment and targeted rehabilitation.

Swimming places unique demands on the shoulders, spine, and hips, requiring precise coordination, strength, and flexibility. High training volumes, repetitive overhead movement, and technical inefficiencies can lead to overload and overuse injuries.

Our physiotherapists draw on clinical expertise, advanced dry-land biomechanical analysis, and a deep understanding of swimming loads and the biopsychosocial factors influencing pain and injury to deliver comprehensive assessment, treatment, and management for all swimming-related injuries.
