Physiotherapy concussion management is a specialised service that encompasses a thorough clinical assessment, accurate diagnosis and establishment of a rehabilitation plan for both acute cases and Persistent Post Concussion Symptoms (PPCS).

    Phoebe Freeman

    SENIOR SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Phoebe Freeman has over 12 years’ experience as a Sports Physiotherapist and has spent the last 7 years working in concussion.

    She has co-authored concussion research in AFL, is the current Chair of the Western Australian Concussion Network and regularly presents to physiotherapists on optimal concussion care. 

    Phoebe has experienced two concussions, which have resulted in Persistent Concussion Symptoms, so she has first-hand understanding of the complexities of concussion and the rehabilitation journey.

    Kieren Hill

    SENIOR SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Kieren is a Sports Physiotherapist and PhD student at the University of Notre Dame with extensive experience in data-driven assessment and rehabilitation.

    By combining clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology and his post-graduate studies including concussion assessment and management, he helps athletes optimise performance, enhance recovery, and reduce injury risk through evidence-based, measurable results.

    PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Ben is the current head Physiotherapist for the Subiaco Football Club in the WAFL. Ben’s background includes experience with the Claremont Football Club WAFLW program and the West Coast Eagles in a Sport’s Trainer role.
