Swim Screen

Swimming demands strength, flexibility, and mobility across the shoulders, spine, and hips. A specialist Swim Screen optimises movement, improves efficiency, and reduces overuse injuries common in swimmers and triathletes.

    • Overuse shoulder pain and dysfunction

    • Lower back pain/stiffness

    • Neck/upper spine pain/tightness

    • Elbow pain

    • Hip mobility limitations

  • Our Swim Screen combines evidence-based assessment, advanced technology, and personalised programming to prevent injury, improve technique, and unlock performance gains in the water.

    Comprehensive History Review

We assess your injury history, swimming background, and current niggles to tailor recommendations that improve comfort and performance in the water.

    Injury Prevention Focus

Catch potential issues early with targeted screening of your flexibility, mobility, and strength to avoid overuse injuries before they limit your training.

    Technique & Efficiency

Fine tune your stroke mechanics through functional movement analysis and performance testing, supporting smoother, more effective swimming.
