Raf Baugh

Managing Director & Senior Physiotherapist

Raf brings world-class experience as an athlete, physiotherapist, and coach, with unique insight into the psychological, physiological, and biomechanical aspects of human performance.

He has guided junior and elite athletes toward performance goals, while also working with executives and teams in the pursuit of self-mastery.

As an athlete, Raf represented Australia at four World Championships, reaching a #3 ITU Duathlon world ranking, achieving multiple podium finishes internationally, and winning eight WA state titles across track, road, and cross country.

  • Head Cross Country Coach, Guildford Grammar (2024–present)

  • Coach to 150+ sub-3hr marathoners, including athletes achieving 2:20 and faster

  • Mentor to national medallists, international athletes, and state champions
