    Each program begins with strength, power, and mobility testing using industry-leading tools such as VALD Forcedecks, MAT dynamometry and movement analysis to identify key performance areas.

    Megan Shine

    PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Meg is a physiotherapist and strength coach (Bachelor of Exercise Science and ASCA qualified) with a passion for strength training to help clients achieve their goals. Meg is also on the teaching staff for the Physiotherapy and Sports & Exercise Science program at the University of Notre Dame, keeping her at the forefront of evidence-based practice.

    PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Ben is a physiotherapist and an ASCA-accredited strength coach with a passion for strength & conditioning. Ben’s background in the gym, together with his physiotherapy experience in both the clinic and with sports teams, positions him perfectly to help clients achieve their strength & conditioning goals.
