Lauren Nash
Accredited Practicing Dietitian
Lauren Nash is a leading Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) specialising in sports nutrition. Working with elite athletes both locally and internationally, Lauren has experience with a variety of sports including running (short-ultra distance), triathlon, AFL, swimming, CrossFit, horse racing and combat sports. She applies the same level of support and expertise to guide amateur and recreational athletes to PB’s, all while building a healthy and sustainable relationship with food.
With a strong background in CrossFit and endurance sport, Lauren specialises in helping individuals fuel smarter to maximise training adaptations, manage gut issues and dial in game day nutrition protocols. She is passionate about translating complex sports nutrition science into realistic, sustainable habits that stick.
Lauren works closely alongside the Front Runner Physiotherapy team to provide an integrated, performance-focused approach to care. In addition to in-person consulting, Lauren also offers online services for flexible support.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren regularly competes in marathons and Ironman events herself. Her firsthand experience as an athlete gives her a deeper understanding of the physical and mental demands of training, racing and balancing sport with everyday life (balance = a nice coffee and banana bread stop after every long run or ride).
