By working alongside your physiotherapist and coaches, nutrition recommendations are aligned with your training load, race schedule and recovery needs.

Lauren Nash
Accredited Practicing Dietician

Lauren has experience with a variety of sports including running (short-ultra distance), triathlon, AFL, swimming, CrossFit, horse racing and combat sports. She applies the same level of support and expertise to guide amateur and recreational athletes to PB’s, all while building a healthy and sustainable relationship with food.
