Now practising 2 days a week out of Front Runner Physiotherapy, performance dietitian Lauren Nash provides individualised, performance-focused nutrition strategies to complement your lifestyle and goals. By working alongside your physiotherapist and coaches, nutrition recommendations are aligned with your training load, race schedule and recovery needs.

Lauren Nash
Accredited Practicing Dietician

Lauren has experience with a variety of sports including running (short-ultra distance), triathlon, AFL, swimming, CrossFit, horse racing and combat sports. She applies the same level of support and experience to guide amateur and recreational athletes to PB’s, all while building a healthy and sustainable relationship with food.
