How does performance testing work?

Whether you’re recovering from injury, returning to sport, or aiming to reach peak performance, objective performance testing gives you the edge. These assessments identify how your body moves, loads, and compensates – highlighting strengths to build on and weaknesses that may increase your risk of injury.

Through evidence-based performance testing, we can identify imbalances or deficits before they become injuries, track recovery progress after injury or surgery, optimise performance through targeted strength and conditioning, guide training programs, and provide objective data to inform return-to-sport decisions.

What we do:

Our physiotherapists use industry-leading testing technology to build a complete athletic profile, provide clear feedback, and an individualised plan to help you achieve your goals safely and efficiently.
